•Efficiently perform teller functions, including processing deposits, loan payments, cashing negotiable instruments, and posting to general ledger accounts.
•Verify, balance, and safeguard cash daily; detect and resolve discrepancies promptly.
•Operate the online teller terminal while maintaining customer privacy and complying with teller procedures and compliance requirements.
•Provide professional client service by promptly resolving inquiries and ensuring good business relations.
•Cross-sell bank products and services and complete required reports and records accurately and promptly.

Key Requirements

•High school graduate or equivalent.
•Understanding of bank operations preferred.
•At least one year of related experience/cash handling preferred.
•Previous teller experience preferred.
•Good communication, professional attitude, and good math and typing skills, with ability to operate related computer applications and business equipment.
