Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage OFCI procurement and supply chain for large mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment, coordinating delivery and installation across teams.
  • •Administer contracts, review terms and conditions, and ensure compliance, including producing accurate stakeholder and client reports.
  • •Prepare and maintain project procurement plans, and review/assist with Single Source Justifications and Scope of Work documents.
  • •Drive RFx processes (commercial evaluations and pre-bid meetings), lead or support vendor negotiations, and conduct price analysis and cost modeling for long-lead items.
  • •Track delivery schedules against project milestones, manage change orders/RFIs/submittals, identify supply chain risks, and improve contract process controls and compliance measures.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience in procurement, supply chain management, or construction project controls, preferably in mission-critical or data center environments.
  • •Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems and associated equipment.
  • •Proven ability to manage complex purchase orders and vendor relationships, including RFx and bid evaluations.
  • •Proficiency in procurement and inventory management systems, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field (Master’s preferred), with PMP or equivalent as a plus.
