Install and commission production printers (ImagePress & VarioPrint) and train customer operators in the Kraków area. Escalate unresolved problems per service procedures, maintain parts inventory, and work effectively within a small team while identifying and communicating new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

•Install production printers (ImagePress & VarioPrint) and train customer operators.
•Provide preventive maintenance to ensure OCE & Canon products perform optimally.
•Identify problems and complete on-site repairs including tests.
•Escalate unresolved problems according to predefined service procedures.
•Maintain parts and materials inventory and support the team while identifying and communicating new sales opportunities.

Key Requirements

•Knowledge of electromechanical systems and relevant IT experience.
•Fluent Polish and strong English interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written).
•Previous field service experience fixing electrical/mechanical/IT issues, preferably in the print industry.
•Ability to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty through good judgment.
•Maintain a valid driver’s licence.
