Key Responsibilities

  • •Input accurate vehicle information (VIN, stock number, dealer ID, make/model/year, mileage, color, options) into AS400 using a handheld computer (PT) or by headset for data entry.
  • •Affix barcode/stock number stickers; place work order numbers and routing labels on vehicles at entry.
  • •Flag “no key” cars; direct transporters to the proper car drop zone and report transport damage as needed.
  • •Take digital images of vehicles upon receipt and provide sale identification windshield code for registration/check-in drivers.
  • •Follow safety and health procedures, cooperate with safety leadership, and assist on sale days driving vehicles through auction sales lanes as assigned.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED preferred, or less than 2 years of related work experience.

  • •Ability to stand, walk, reach, and perform frequent bending, climbing, and crouching.
