Serve as the key ambassador for Commerce Bank in a retail banking setting, building lasting relationships with customers and coworkers. Meet customer needs through needs-based conversations and product/service recommendations, and help achieve individual and branch sales and service goals. Deliver an excellent customer experience in person and over the phone, educate customers on retail products and digital solutions, ensure accurate transaction processing, and refer complex needs to bank specialists.
