Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and mentor a team of Product Owners responsible for Cards, Loans and internal platforms, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • •Shape and refine the Product Ownership framework across technology squads to ensure consistency and delivery effectiveness.
  • •Set and maintain high standards for Product Ownership, with well-organized backlogs, clear user stories and actionable requirements.
  • •Strengthen Product Ownership capabilities by mentoring Product Owners in prioritization, stakeholder engagement and delivery focus.
  • •Connect business needs with technical delivery, translating product initiatives into scalable and sustainable solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Team Leader in e-commerce or digital transformation environments.
  • •Strong command of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc.).
  • •Excellent communication and coordination skills across technical and business teams.
  • •Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, API integrations, and cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.
  • •Demonstrated experience managing or coordinating Product Owners across multiple squads in complex environments.
