•Provide best-in-class customer experience by handling daily transactions, inquiries, and problem resolution.
•Answer customer questions, find answers, and resolve customer issues in a responsive and timely manner.
•Maintain confidentiality and follow the Bancorp Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and related policies.
•Perform daily office responsibilities and balancing/monitoring tasks aligned with policy, working with the platform team.
•Support sales by meeting or exceeding sales referral targets and referring customers to business partners, tracking referral progression using tools and dashboards.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma/GED (or equivalent).
•2+ years of CSR experience and in-depth knowledge of retail policies and procedures to work with minimal supervision.
•Extensive cash handling ability, including advanced math skills.
•Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form and interact professionally with the public.
•Ability to obtain/maintain SAFE Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
