Key Responsibilities

•Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts with medium to high-value contract revenue.
•Identify, develop, and convert new sponsorship and exhibition opportunities into long-term partnerships.
•Achieve and exceed individual and event revenue targets through proactive sales activity and relationship management.
•Build and maintain consultative relationships with senior stakeholders, decision-makers, and industry partners.
•Develop tailored sponsorship and exhibition proposals aligned to client objectives and event value propositions.

Key Requirements

•Demonstrated experience in exhibition and sponsorship sales with strong commercial acumen.
•Strong understanding of consultative sales methodologies, lead generation, and pipeline management.
•Experience using CRM platforms and sales reporting tools.
•Ability to develop sponsorship proposals and negotiate commercial agreements.
•Industry experience within energy, mining, healthcare, or related sectors is advantageous.
