Job Summary

Own full-cycle recruiting strategy with a player-coach approach, partnering with business leaders to attract top talent in wealth management and financial planning. Lead competency-based interviewing, workforce planning, and internship recruiting. Optimize recruiting workflows and reporting by supporting implementation of the Workday Recruiting module, leveraging recruiting analytics to improve efficiency and candidate experience. Build external talent networks and strengthen employer brand and diversity initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end recruiting across financial advisor, planner, operations, and corporate roles.
•Develop sourcing strategies, run competency-based interviews, and guide structured selection processes.
•Drive proactive pipeline development and workforce planning, including internship recruiting and intern conversion planning.
•Coach recruiting team members and standardize recruiting processes, interview frameworks, and selection criteria.
•Support recruiting systems and analytics by implementing/optimizing Workday Recruiting, dashboards, and recruiting workflows.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 125,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in wealth management, financial services, or professional services.
•Experience mentoring or leading in an informal management capacity.
•Strong competency-based interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
•Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage complex searches.
•Experience with Workday Recruiting or similar enterprise ATS platforms; ATS implementation support is a plus.
