Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, develop, and coach a team across Business Analysis, Product Ownership, Business Architecture, and Business Support.
  • •Support the team with both domain and technical expertise, and implement improvements when needed.
  • •Design new P&C processes and continuously enhance existing ones with a focus on user/customer experience, quality, and efficiency in complex system landscapes.
  • •Drive digitization using modern technologies, including AI.
  • •Ensure business support for the workflow system Pega and the new policy administration system Guidewire for different business areas.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business administration or business informatics, ideally with a focus on process management.
  • •Multi-year experience in the private insurance sector in IT-adjacent roles (e.g., project lead, business analyst, business architect, requirements engineer), preferably in P&C underwriting.
  • •Ability to develop C-level-ready strategies with strong stakeholder management and team-oriented mindset, including deep dives into complex topics.
  • •Strong analytical and conceptual skills, excellent organizational abilities, leadership qualities, and strong presentation and communication skills.
  • •Fluent German and English skills.
