Key Responsibilities

•Deliver Arabic lessons that motivate and inspire students to succeed.
•Organise classroom provision and learning resources, including creating displays.
•Take responsibility for class progress and use assessment data to influence planning, provision, and intervention.
•Provide feedback to parents and carers at Parent Teacher Conferences and other meetings.
•Support wider professional responsibilities including curriculum action groups, school events, and running a weekly ECA each term.

Key Requirements

•Clear understanding of the Curriculum.
•Plan, prepare, and present sessions for the whole ability range within the class.
•Observe and assess children in line with school assessments.
•Follow the school’s behaviour policy and manage classes effectively.
•Meet requirements for assessment and recording of student development using Target Tracker.
