Job Summary

Arrange and optimize travel and accommodation for Wizz Air Group crew members and external crew members, coordinating logistics teams across all AOCs. Manage daily workloads of Logistics Assistants, control and optimize positioning and related costs, maintain SOPs and cost allocation accuracy, and communicate with crew and internal stakeholders. Support application testing and development, handle commuting tickets and invoice validation, and train and onboard new team joiners.

Key Responsibilities

•Arrange and optimize positioning plans, accommodation, and transport for crew members and external crew.
•Manage and coordinate daily tasks and responsibilities of Logistics Assistants, including deputizing and weekly follow-ups.
•Support WAH and WMT logistics assistants with hotel accommodation and transportation based on planned schedules.
•Control and optimize costs by selecting economical positioning solutions and ensuring accurate cost allocation of booking requests.
•Maintain and update Crew Logistics policies, procedures, and SOPs; coordinate with Operations Control, Operations Planning, and Training Planning.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 1 year of experience in Logistics/Administration.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
•Fluency in English (written and spoken).
•Strong attention to detail and solution-oriented problem-solving skills.
