Job Summary

Lead Mastercard’s North America Digital Product Issuing team to scale secure, seamless digital payment experiences across solutions like Agent Pay, Checkout Services, and Virtual Card Token. Partner with issuing customers and internal stakeholders to drive customer-facing success, define KPIs, and integrate Voice of Customer feedback into regional and global product teams. Serve as a segment point of contact, own relevant KPIs, and independently plan key forums to align and execute go-to-market strategy.

•Articulate Mastercard’s point of view on the digital payments landscape and embed it into customer discussions, product strategies, and go-to-market materials.
•Support customer planning, product prioritization, and KPI definition for digital solutions.
•Own the Voice of Customer (VoC) framework and ensure consistent feedback loops into regional and global product teams.
•Act as a central point of contact for the assigned segment and own respective KPIs.
•Plan and lead key internal/external forums independently to drive alignment and execution.
