•Develop and maintain relationships with C-level executives and embed Celonis into strategic objectives.
•Ensure engagements are properly staffed using global cross-functional teams (Servicing, Product & Engineering).
•Mentor customers on organization design and maturation of Centers of Excellence to increase adoption of our platform.
•Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance and feedback to managers on performance.
•Drive end-to-end customer value journey and align Celonis delivery to customer strategy to solve business-critical problems.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 15 years of relevant customer success, strategy consulting, or related experience (or similar industries such as Production, Manufacturing etc.)
•Strong experience in driving large scale transformation programs, process re-engineering engagements, and implementations
•Native-level or near-native German language skills (written and spoken) for engaging German-speaking customers
•Excellent ability to navigate large global organizations and persuade through data, facts and confidence
•Strong communication skills and a consultative, entrepreneurial leadership style
