Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8+ years’ experience in facilities electrical engineer design and a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • •8+ years’ experience in building electrical engineering covering High/Medium/Low Voltage, primary/secondary power, multi-frequency power, grounding solutions, load sizing, and control/interlock systems.
  • •Proficiency in lighting and controls, lightning protection, and coordination studies.
  • •5+ years’ experience with construction project management including customer scoping, budget monitoring, scheduling, contractor coordination, commissioning, and close-out.
  • •Proficiency with AutoCad, REVIT, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project Scheduler; experience with SKM short circuit & arc fault analysis and feeder & transformer sizing.
