Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and drive the implementation of continuous improvement activities in SOA, focused on loss eradication across manufacturing inbound and outbound supply chain contexts.
  • •Implement and operate the Total Productive Management process in the region and ensure CI actions align with the category manufacturing strategy.
  • •Coordinate CI preparation planning, track progress, lead gap analysis and issue resolution, and run monthly/quarterly reviews for pillars and factory/sourcing unit progress.
  • •Run the Region CI promotional office: set benchmarks, facilitate pillar development, track pillar goals, and promote CI activities among management and employees.
  • •Develop pillar leaders and teams; coordinate E&T across the site and support education initiatives including leadership education and workshops.

Key Requirements

  • •B.Tech or B.E. in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical from a reputed college.
  • •15+ years’ experience delivering significant business/performance benefits using continuous improvement, including exposure across FMCG industries.
  • •Experience running advanced TPM/IWS/ManEx capabilities and implementing TPM in a structured step-by-step program.
  • •Experience leading core TPM pillars (PM, AM, FI, E&T, Leadership) and managing maturity-based phased programs.
  • •Proven experience training, coaching, and assessing TPM capabilities, including managing multi-factory governance and reporting.
