Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate key ceremonies such as PI planning and Review, and guide the Release Train team with the right people, processes and tools to optimise efficiency.
  • •Blend traditional project management with Agile practices to balance agility and predictability for initiatives of all sizes.
  • •Create a safe, collaborative environment, practice servant leadership, and remove impediments to team progress.
  • •Lead Integrated Programme Planning (Lean Start Up) by decomposing Epic Roadmaps into Features and backlogs ready for team execution.
  • •Ensure quality through Definition of Done adherence, maintain velocity tracking and governance, and drive continuous improvement across teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • •Proven leadership and project delivery experience in a matrix organisation with global teams for a large organisation
  • •Experience in agile delivery within the context of a large technology change programmes
  • •Certified SAFe and PMI ACP with 5+ years of practical application of Scrum Management
  • •Well-versed in software delivery tools (e.g., ServiceNow ITBM, MS Office, JIRA, Confluence) and strong architectural knowledge of large-scale systems
