Job Summary

The Federal Account Executive will drive adoption of Elastic’s AI-powered search solutions within Federal Civilian accounts, starting with the U.S. Department of the Treasury. You will build trusted advisor relationships with developers and executives, champion Open Source offerings, identify new use cases, forecast sales with SFDC, and develop territory growth plans across enterprise-style public sector accounts.

•Drive the adoption of Elastic’s AI-powered search solutions within new Federal Civilian accounts and deepen engagement with existing ones.
•Position yourself as a trusted advisor, helping customers harness Elastic’s search analytics to transform data into actionable insights.
•Champion Open Source offerings and articulate value of our commercial features.
•Identify and develop new use cases to show how Elastic’s solutions enable more efficient, intelligent work.
•Proactively identify new business opportunities and navigate complex sales cycles to grow the territory.

Salary: USD 113,300 - 179,200 annually

Key Requirements

•A proven track record in SaaS subscription sales with quota overachievement and strong customer references.
•Experience selling to Federal Civilian agencies, in particular the Department of Treasury.
•Experience selling solutions related to Enterprise Search, Log Analytics, Security, APM, and Cloud.
•Ability to build relationships and credibility with developers and executives.
•Strong forecasting skills using SFDC (Salesforce).
