Job Summary

Own enterprise territory growth for Sweden and Finland as the senior Tenable face, guiding complex, high-value engagements with the region’s largest organizations. Drive consultative selling of the Tenable One Exposure Management Platform, helping customers unify risk data across IT, Cloud, Identity, and OT. Travel regularly for strategic workshops and executive rapport, collaborate with GSIs and Nordic MSSPs/partners, and maintain accurate pipeline hygiene and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute a sophisticated, high-touch growth strategy targeting the largest private and public sector organizations across Sweden and Finland.
•Drive complex, consultative value-driven engagements around the Tenable One Exposure Management Platform to reduce business risk for C-suite stakeholders.
•Capitalize on IT/OT convergence by bridging the security gap between corporate IT and industrial OT environments.
•Use Tenable’s AI data and intent tools to map complex enterprise accounts and focus time on high-value human interaction.
•Maintain pipeline hygiene and lead accurate, data-backed executive forecasting while orchestrating regional support resources.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•7+ years of B2B SaaS experience with a proven track record closing 6- and 7-figure deals in Swedish and Finnish enterprise cybersecurity or cloud infrastructure markets.
•Self-motivated, elite enterprise sales mindset focused on solving complex infrastructure risk problems.
•High EQ with intentional listening and the ability to build trust and navigate Nordic business culture from vendor to partner.
•Comfortability hosting business-value discussions with CISOs and CFOs, while staying technically agile enough to discuss AI-powered attack path analysis, Zero-Trust architectures, and NIS2/DORA compliance.
•Professional proficiency in Swedish and/or Finnish (highly preferred) alongside fluent English.
