Autobody Manager (2nd Shift)

Supervise day-to-day operations in an inspection/reconditioning center, managing and developing hourly associates to meet production and quality targets. Lead safe movement of vehicles for repairs, review and approve defects, and partner with the General Manager to repair or reject inventory. Coach teams using quality control standards to complete repairs the first time, minimize re-checks and delays, and maintain adherence to policies and performance expectations.
