•Define and deploy the internal communication strategy for the métiers collectifs Hermès, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and guiding messages, targets, and channels.
•Coordinate and implement annual communication activities, rituals, events, and digital content to engage employees and reinforce the employer brand.
•Develop content across channels (digital, print, events) and manage the overall editorial calendar, while ensuring a cohesive visual identity and adherence to group guidelines.
•Identify KPIs to track audience reach and impact of internal communications and report insights to leadership.
•Support HR and métiers committees with communication needs, organizing seminars and monthly meetings to reinforce culture and values.
