Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the Growth squad end to end: discovery, roadmap, build, and commercial outcomes.
  • •Partner with Commercial to identify target upmarket accounts and lead discovery calls, demos, and POC scoping.
  • •Identify recurring problems across upmarket accounts and decide what to build for highest ROI.
  • •Prototype and run experiments quickly with the team and AI tooling, killing failures fast and scaling what converts.
  • •Convert working prototypes into paid POCs and paid POCs into signed contracts and product lines; lead a small engineering team hands-on.
