Job Summary

Lead a Growth squad at bunch to discover, validate, and ship greenfield products that unlock the upmarket segment of larger VC funds and private equity managers. Own the full product lifecycle—from customer discovery and POC scoping with Commercial to running fast prototypes and experiments using AI tooling (Claude/Lovable). Convert prototypes into paid POCs and signed contracts, while actively mentoring a small engineering team and building revenue-generating outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the Growth squad end to end: discovery, roadmap, build, and commercial outcomes.
•Partner with Commercial to identify target upmarket accounts and lead discovery calls, demos, and POC scoping.
•Identify recurring problems across upmarket accounts and decide what to build for highest ROI.
•Prototype and run experiments quickly with the team and AI tooling, killing failures fast and scaling what converts.
•Convert working prototypes into paid POCs and paid POCs into signed contracts and product lines; lead a small engineering team hands-on.

•7+ years in product with experience shipping revenue-generating zero-to-one products.
