•Prospect for new small business clients and deepen existing relationships to drive year-over-year growth in loans, deposits, and overall relationship value.
•Conduct discovery conversations to understand client goals, financial needs, credit profile, and growth opportunities.
•Serve as the primary point of contact and recommend solutions across loans, deposits, cash management, and other core banking products.
•Design and structure credit and financial solutions aligned to client objectives and credit standards, and manage portfolio performance and credit quality.
•Partner with underwriting and internal teams to support reporting, responsive portfolio management, and effective client outcomes, including addressing client concerns.

Key Requirements

•3 to 4 years of experience in relationship banking, or equivalent experience plus a bachelor’s degree.
•Expert-level consultative selling, financial analysis, and relationship management skills.
•Strong understanding of banking operations, lending policies, credit structures, and regulatory requirements.
•Professionalism and working knowledge of applicable credit products, services, and responsible banking practices.
•Ability to complete and maintain NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and comply with Regulation Z requirements.
