Serve as a financial concierge for walk-in customers, helping retain and grow consumer and business relationships. Identify customers’ goals and needs, recommend appropriate deposit and other banking products, and process transactions accurately while balancing daily. Provide excellent customer service, educate customers on consumer deposit products, and use a disciplined sales and follow-up approach, including outbound calling and referrals. Adhere to operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies.
