Job Summary

Own and continuously improve governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) processes across Commercial, International, and US Government environments. Partner with compliance, security, engineering, legal, and customer-facing teams to translate regulatory requirements into actionable workflows, coordinate audit readiness (FedRAMP, SOC 2, ISO 27001), track remediation, and maintain complete project and control status to keep compliance delivery on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, document, and continuously improve compliance processes and frameworks to scale GRC operations across Commercial, International, and USG environments.
•Translate regulatory requirements into actionable workflows and ensure accountability across the compliance lifecycle.
•Coordinate internal and external audit cycles (FedRAMP, SOC 2, ISO 27001, etc.) including evidence collection, remediation tracking, and stakeholder communication.
•Maintain a complete state of project-related compliance items including audit timelines, control implementation status, and continuous monitoring obligations; pre-empt and resolve issues.
•Partner across engineering, legal, and customer-facing teams to drive GRC deliverables through the software development and compliance lifecycle, including adoption and rollout of compliance-related product features and certifications.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 90,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Demonstrated success managing compliance programs for an enterprise software company, startup, or other company.
•Experience with multiple GRC frameworks and standards (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, IRAP, ENS) and USG-specific frameworks (e.g., FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, DoD CC SRG, FISMA, CMMC).
•Experience with risk management methodologies, including maintaining risk registers, conducting risk assessments, and managing third-party/vendor risk programs.
