Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute the business strategy for the Japanese Business Unit in Thailand to drive sustainable revenue growth and profitability.
  • •Serve as senior relationship leader for key Japanese multinational and regional clients, including executive-level discussions and retention management.
  • •Drive acquisition of new Japanese corporate clients in Thailand and identify cross-selling opportunities across all solution lines.
  • •Coordinate cross-border collaboration with Aon Japan offices and regional leadership to facilitate delivery of global insurance programs.
  • •Provide risk and insurance advisory (risk management, insurance placement, and employee benefits) while overseeing service delivery standards, governance, and people leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, Economics, International Business, or a related field.
  • •MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • •Extensive experience in insurance brokerage, risk consulting, or multinational client management.
  • •Demonstrated experience working with Japanese multinational organizations.
  • •Strong understanding of multinational insurance programs and cross-border business operations.
