Key Responsibilities

  • •Own operational relationships with key global banking partners, including regular performance reviews, escalations, and action follow-up.
  • •Drive partner performance by monitoring speed, reliability, incidents, SLA gaps, risk signals, fees, and avoidable operational costs.
  • •Translate complex operational issues into partner improvement plans with clear owners, next steps, timelines, escalation paths, and expected outcomes.
  • •Hold partner banks accountable for operational commitments, including SLA performance, incident resolution, responsiveness, and long-term fixes.
  • •Build operational visibility across Wise by improving shared partner records, documentation, and reporting around partner performance and relationship management.

Salary: EUR 3,750 - 5,100 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in banking operations, payment operations, or operational excellence, including partner/vendor management and risk management.
  • •Understand payment operations and banking partner relationships, ideally including payment rails such as Swift and EUR/GBP payment routes.
  • •Data-driven approach to investigate issues, form hypotheses, size impact, and build evidence-based cases for action.
  • •Strong stakeholder management skills to influence internal teams and external partners without direct authority.
  • •Comfort operating in ambiguity, prioritizing across a broad portfolio, and communicating complex operational issues clearly to different audiences.
