Job Summary

Provide timely, accurate service for client transactions and maintain proper handling of funds while delivering a consistently great client experience. Educate clients on digital self-service banking (ATMs, Online and Mobile) and support outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities to identify needs and refer or fulfill opportunities. Assist with account openings and problem resolution, follow internal controls and risk policies, and build product and sales knowledge through training.

•Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients and completing complex and standardized transactions accurately.
•Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online, and Mobile banking.
•Support the sales process through outbound calls and identifying client needs or opportunities, referring to appropriate specialists as needed.
•Apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions for clients’ needs.
•Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies while serving as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
