Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive high-priority cross-functional strategic fintech projects that aren’t being tackled today or are progressing too slowly, including turning loosely defined opportunities into shipped products, improving unit economics, and leading cross-team initiatives impacting revenue, margin, or risk
  • •Scope new fintech businesses by identifying product lines, working with external partners to build/execut e business cases, and evaluating unit economics, risk, and scalability for go/no-go decisions
  • •Build partnerships by negotiating with external partners to unlock new economics, capabilities, or risk structures
  • •Analyze fintech performance to identify margin and revenue opportunities, and lead initiatives such as defining the business strategy for Instant Payouts (pricing, risk tradeoffs, product requirements, GTM)
  • •Support GTM and product expansion by connecting Fintech with Product, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and GTM teams and accelerating fintech product launches and customer adoption

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience in strategy, operations, growth, or related roles (e.g., consulting, finance, payments, or a fast-scaling tech company)
  • •A proven track record of actively driving and owning projects end-to-end with measurable business outcomes
  • •Strong financial and business acumen, including experience building and pressure-testing unit economics, pricing models, and business cases
  • •Experience negotiating with external partners or vendors where economics, risk, or compliance were on the line
