Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide first point of contact HR support for managers and employees on HR queries, performance conversations, and day-to-day people management matters.
  • •Support HR operations and employee lifecycle activities across Cadence UK, including onboarding, leavers, and employee changes.
  • •Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems; prepare and distribute new starter communications.
  • •Coordinate immigration, relocation, visa, and mobility matters by liaising with employees, managers, stakeholders, and external immigration lawyers.
