Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently manage and resolve complex end-to-end employee exits with minimal supervision across international jurisdictions.
  • •Provide trusted HR and employee relations guidance on termination, resignation, transfer procedures, employment contracts, redundancy processes, and progressive discipline.
  • •Lead and facilitate meetings with clients and employees, including consultations, hearings, negotiations in separations and settlements, and termination outcome guidance.
  • •Coordinate internal and external stakeholders (e.g., payroll, legal counsel, government bodies, trade unions) to ensure compliance in offboarding activities and audits.
  • •Act as a subject-matter expert and drive process improvements through automation, product development, and better customer and employee experiences.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies across the employee lifecycle.
  • •Proven ability to independently manage voluntary and involuntary exits (terminations) with legal compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
  • •Knowledge of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigation fundamentals.
  • •Ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments and research complex HR issues to arrive at practical solutions and recommendations.
  • •Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages and tertiary HR/labour relations/employment law qualifications are a plus.
