Key Responsibilities

  • •Focus on safety within the brewery and address unsafe conditions and incidents.
  • •Organize, coordinate and follow up the production of the warm block, cold block, filtration and packaging.
  • •Identify and implement improvement plans for the brewery and ensure KPI performance and adjust actions in meetings.
  • •Motivate the team to achieve required KPIs and evaluate training programs using established tools.
  • •Perform root-cause analyses with maintenance to address problems and implement appropriate process changes.
