US Tax Planning Manager (Los Angeles)

Manage U.S. tax planning for ByteDance by analyzing domestic and cross-border tax implications across products, business initiatives, contracts, and transactions. Partner with U.S. and international stakeholders to conduct tax research, build and maintain tax models (including transfer pricing scenarios), and prepare tax analyses and documentation. Track tax law changes, identify planning opportunities, improve tax data/processes, and provide updates to tax leadership while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
