Key Responsibilities

  • •Guide HBM product execution through concept, design, NPI, and HVM by facilitating cross-functional life-cycle management.
  • •Build and maintain detailed development schedules and drive tactical execution from pre-silicon through HVM with PMO.
  • •Define and prioritize projects; identify, analyze, and mitigate issues and risks to meet timelines and deliverables.
  • •Coordinate development progress and alignment with Technology Development, Design, Process, APTD, PE, Manufacturing, and partner organizations.
  • •Act as product point of contact by identifying task/documentation owners and consolidating hardware readiness and capacity planning inputs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or manufacturing/supply chain related fields.
  • •5+ years of relevant technical, manufacturing, or experience driving cross-functional teams.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and senior management audiences.
  • •Comfortable with data analysis methods and data visualization; communicate data-backed conclusions.
  • •Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence for project management and development documentation.
