Key Responsibilities

  • •Construire et développer l’infrastructure opérationnelle pour passer de 30 000 à plusieurs centaines de milliers de membres en Afrique de l’Ouest francophone.
  • •Déployer et industrialiser des processus clés (sinistres, remboursements/recouvrements, facturation, affiliation, réseau de prestataires) avec fiabilité et détection de la fraude.
  • •Structurer le pilotage du réseau de plus de 1 200 établissements et 400 pharmacies, en améliorant paiements, qualité et expansion territoriale.
  • •Déployer les opérations dans de nouveaux pays : modèle opérationnel from scratch, intégration des exigences réglementaires locales et adaptation du produit.
  • •Mettre en place le suivi de l’excellence opérationnelle (volumes, efficacité, SLA, performance financière) et contribuer à l’évolution de l’équipe Operations (recrutement et standards).
