Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up machines, change material and color to meet production schedules.
  • •Start up and monitor quality at start up; make and document machine adjustments to maintain production and standards.
  • •Respond to QA requests by adjusting machines to maintain appropriate sizes and standards.
  • •Oversee packaging procedures and coordinate with Quality Assurance and Maintenance on machine operations/malfunctions.
  • •Cover for the Shift Supervisor as needed, including training employees and planning/assigning/direction of work.
