Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and/or participate in process development, optimization, training, qualification, and validation for new products and technology transfers.
  • •Drive yield improvement using root cause analysis to resolve manufacturing failures, reduce scrap, and improve product quality.
  • •Improve manufacturing efficiency through workflow, space and equipment layout optimization, cost reduction, process automation, and digital transformation.
  • •Manage new equipment setup and equipment improvements, including generating equipment specifications for mass production with a focus on safety.
  • •Develop and maintain manufacturing procedures and documentation, including Risk Assessments (RA), Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), Safe Work Procedures (SWP), and Equipment Safety Requirements (ESR), and maintain BOM structure and related engineering support.

Key Requirements

  • •Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • •Experience with process optimization, root cause analysis, and problem-solving tools such as Fishbone Diagram and FMEA.
