Key Responsibilities

•Own Suno’s long-form editorial vision and strategy across video & audio content, blog, newsletter, features, and artist storytelling—defining what we publish, why, and how it ladders up to brand and business goals.
•Develop the audience and content channel strategy for optimal distribution and impact.
•Build and lead the editorial content team—developing and hiring content creators, video directors, managing editors, and a network of freelance contributors; setting the bar for craft, reporting, and editing standards.
•Establish and evolve Suno’s editorial voice, style guide, and publishing standards—ensuring every piece feels unmistakably Suno.
•Shape and execute an editorial calendar that balances tentpole features, artist stories, cultural commentary, product narratives, and evergreen content across owned and operated channels.

•8–10+ years of editorial experience at a respected publication, platform, or brand—ideally with a mix of video content/branded entertainment and in-house brand editorial leadership.
•Proven track record of building and leading editorial teams—hiring creators, directors and editors, developing talent, and shaping a brand's content identity over time.
•Exceptional taste and craft. A world-class editor with a strong POV on voice, structure, and headlines, and a portfolio of work that reflects it.
•Deep understanding of music, artist culture, and the creative communities Suno serves—and a genuine curiosity about where AI is taking them.
•Demonstrated ability to operate as a strategic leader—setting vision, defending editorial standards, and aligning a publication to business and brand objectives.
