Job Summary

Own the affluent client experience by building and maintaining relationships for Affluent Wealth Management. Proactively contact assigned and prospective clients, collaborate with mortgage, small business banking, and personal trust partners, and provide expert counsel to understand client needs and recommend product and service solutions. Drive business growth through wealth discussions while meeting NMLS registration and background/credit requirements and aligning with compliance obligations under Reg Z.

•Deliver an excellent affluent client experience by coordinating the relevant U.S. Bank experts and full spectrum of products and services.
•Develop, manage, and retain client relationships through proactive outreach to assigned and prospective clients.
•Provide expert advice and counsel by understanding clients’ needs and goals and recommending appropriate product and service solutions.
•Identify and engage other experts (e.g., mortgage, small business banking, personal trust services) to support client needs.
•Maintain required NMLS registration and comply with background/credit and regulatory requirements (e.g., S.A.F.E. Act, Regulation Z).

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
•Five or more years of experience in Wealth Management private banking and/or senior-level financial services experience.
•Series 6-63 or Series 7-63 licenses.
•Ability to complete and maintain NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act and Regulation Z, including required criminal background and credit checks.
•Strong relationship management, sales, and business development skills with financial planning competency.
