Key Responsibilities

  • •Organize and park vehicles in designated zones based on digital dashboard instructions to maximize lot efficiency.
  • •Direct the physical flow of vehicles through sales lanes to the auction block and back to the parking lot after a sale.
  • •Keep vehicles operational by jump-starting dead batteries, identifying flat tires, fueling up, and assisting push-truck operators for inoperable vehicles.
  • •Operate customer vehicles safely across the lot, including both automatic and manual transmissions.
  • •Follow safety/health procedures and company policies, modeling Cox/Manheim values and respectful employee/customer conduct.
