Senior Quantity Surveyor/Associate Director- (Public Housing)

Lead cost management services for construction projects, ensuring cost control and quality objectives are met. You will lead project cost management teams, manage commissions and invoicing processes using D-365, and produce monthly post-contract cost reports for clients. Drive value engineering and life cycle costing, support commercial negotiations and contract administration, and oversee estimating and cost planning while coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal finance teams.
