Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the execution of cost management services for construction projects, ensuring cost control and quality objectives are met.
  • •Provide team leadership and support onboarding and recruitment activities, including assisting with interviews for vacant roles.
  • •Lead multidisciplinary project teams and manage client and stakeholder engagement through structured meetings, reporting, and documentation.
  • •Serve as Commission Manager with end-to-end service delivery, overseeing estimating, cost planning, and final revisions of cost plans.
  • •Manage invoicing processes in D-365, including validating invoice data, coordinating with finance for timely submission/approval, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring billing compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Construction, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • •Minimum 7 years’ experience in cost management or construction projects (cost manager, construction manager, procurement, project manager, vendor, or consultant).
  • •Experience leading or supporting people management; strong communication and leadership skills.
  • •Strong business acumen coordinating with construction/design teams to meet deadlines and deliverables.
  • •Proficiency in Cost-X (or equivalent cost estimation software) and relevant experience in public sector public housing projects.
