Key Responsibilities

  • •Represent WSP’s Property & Buildings capabilities and build trusted relationships with clients and prospects, including developers, asset owners, and government entities.
  • •Act as senior adviser and escalation point, ensuring coordinated responses across relevant services.
  • •Lead selected prospects from early positioning and capture planning through proposal, client presentations, negotiation, and project mobilisation.
  • •Provide senior oversight of Property & Buildings services on selected projects, managing project health across quality, multidisciplinary coordination, scope, programme, resources, commercial performance, and risk.
  • •Lead delivery within the assigned discipline, providing authoritative technical direction, resolving complex interfaces, and maintaining a direct client relationship throughout delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Western education in architecture, structural engineering, mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering.
  • •Approximately 20 years of relevant experience delivering major or complex Property & Buildings projects.
  • •Strong understanding of multidisciplinary building design and ability to coordinate disciplines to meet client objectives.
  • •Proven client-facing record to represent WSP, manage sensitive issues, and maintain client confidence.
  • •Proven ability to develop senior client relationships and lead prospects through work winning.
