Job Summary

Own non-financial risk across Latam & MEA as an individual contributor, helping shape and execute a regional risk management strategy. Apply risk methodologies consistently across entities, perform risk self-assessments, and support remediation and closure. Partner with product teams to embed risk insights into launches and market changes, monitor trends and regulatory developments, implement risk tools using data analytics, and report key exposures to senior leadership and the board.

•Develop and execute a global risk management strategy tailored to Latam & MEA as part of the regional risk team.
•Ensure consistent application of risk methodologies, policies, and procedures across regional operations.
•Conduct risk self-assessments for business entities, supporting remediation and closure.
•Monitor and analyze regional trends, product risks, incidents, and regulatory developments to recommend mitigation strategies.
•Oversee risk tools and systems implementation to enhance risk monitoring, reporting, and decision-making, and provide risk reports to senior management and the board.

Key Requirements

•Experience in the financial industry with first-line and second-line risk experience.
•Demonstrated ability to lead risk management functions, including developing and implementing regional risk frameworks, policies, and procedures.
•Extensive experience in operations, enterprise risk, and/or regulatory risk management within financial services.
•Strong understanding of risk management principles, risk systems, and reporting tools, including policies and frameworks.
•Fluency in Portuguese and English, with strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
