Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee Accounts Payable operations for the region, including postings, vendor reconciliations, and month-end close.
  • •Ensure compliance with global policies and support S2P Senior Manager and strategic initiatives.
  • •Manage and lead the AP team, including coaching, training, motivation, and performance appraisal guidance.
  • •Identify and anticipate risks impacting market operations and support issue resolution and prioritization.
  • •Maintain AP KPIs and provide visibility to stakeholders via dashboards and regular reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • •Solid knowledge of Source to Pay (S2P) topics (Order Management, Accounts Payable, Payments, Vendor contact, Sourcing & Procurement Compliance).
  • •Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable and/or Procurement.
  • •Excellent stakeholder management with strong influencing, analytical, and numerical capabilities.
  • •Demonstrated people management experience leading medium-sized teams.
