Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead PMC document control leadership, including procedures/workflows and consistent document management across project participants.
  • •Administer and configure the Project Document Management System (DMS), including user access, document workflow, metadata, revision control, status reporting, and audits.
  • •Control engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover documentation; manage registration, distribution for review, approvals/comments, and revisions.
  • •Provide EPC contractor document control oversight and assurance by monitoring performance, verifying contractual document requirements, and escalating documentation bottlenecks.
  • •Manage correspondence and quality/regulatory records, including traceability, retention/archiving, and preparation of turnover dossiers prior to handover to Operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10 years of document control experience on major capital projects.
  • •Minimum 5 years in a Lead Document Controller or Document Control Manager role.
  • •Experience in engineering and construction environments, including electronic document management systems.
  • •A diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, Library & Information Sciences, or a related discipline.
  • •Experience overseeing engineering/construction/commissioning documentation, records retention/archiving, and major handover documentation.
