Key Responsibilities

•Transport passengers in a safe, comfortable and timely manner, following schedules, routes and current regulations; inspect the vehicle at start and end of shift; drive safely respecting traffic laws and passenger transport rules.
•Manage customer relations aboard the vehicle by greeting passengers, listening to needs, and informing customers of route changes; ensure passengers present their transport titles.
•Handle cash and ticketing duties: sell transport titles on board, collect payments, provide change accurately, and manage the cash drawer.
•Maintain on-board customer experience as an ambassador of the company with courteous and professional conduct.
•Support anti-fraud measures by applying company commercial rules and maintaining funds integrity.
