Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and execute EMENA regulatory strategies, coordinating submissions, approvals, and portfolio maintenance across European markets.
  • •Serve as the internal subject matter expert on EU regulatory frameworks, directives, and legislative changes impacting the business group.
  • •Lead transitions for emerging requirements, with focus on environmental and sustainability mandates (e.g., CPR, LCA, EPD, and DPP).
  • •Oversee regulatory audits and compliance operations, including third-party certification lifecycle management and CE/ECE/UN104/NF/TPESC-B readiness.
  • •Represent the company in industry committees and regulatory bodies, align internal strategies to industry standards, and support Sales/Marketing with technical regulatory expertise.
