Deliver exceptional customer experience while operating the Financial Solutions Center, protecting customer privacy and security as you process daily transactions and mitigate fraud and risk. Build and deepen consumer relationships through inbound and drive-thru conversations, outbound service calls, referrals, and marketing campaign engagement. Own issue resolution end-to-end, learn the BUILD/BUID 2.0 sales framework, and progress through Pathways while serving customers with financial solutions and confidence.

Key Responsibilities

•Protect customer privacy and security by processing transactions, staying alert to fraud, and following cash handling and dual control guidelines.
•Maintain cash accuracy and limits, including drawer, vault, and total FSC limits, while mitigating risk via FCB policies and procedures.
•Build consumer relationships through productive inbound and drive-thru conversations, marketing campaign awareness, and advocating for the Refer-A-Friend program.
•Deepen relationships with existing customers by conducting service-related outbound calls, achieving call goals, and identifying partner referrals.
•Partner with your manager on Pathways progression and personal development, including learning the BUILD/BUID 2.0 sales conversation framework and completing required trainings.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent.
•2+ years of relevant experience in a client-centric sales environment, including exceeding assigned goals and delivering high client service while meeting operational expectations.
•Excellent communication skills and solutions-based sales skills, with strong relationship-building and professionalism.
•Technologically savvy with tools such as Microsoft Office, internet, mobile technology, and bank systems.
•Valid driver’s license and ability/willingness to travel regionally.
