Key Responsibilities

  • •Be accountable for performance of two distributed engineering squads, setting expectations, coaching team members, and improving team culture and accountability.
  • •Own hiring and team planning across both squads to align capacity and skills with product priorities and longer-term needs.
  • •Lead discovery by engaging customers, community members, and internal users to shape roadmaps and priorities based on feedback and usage evidence.
  • •Own delivery from discovery through rollout and measurement by setting milestones, surfacing risks early, and intervening when commitments are at risk.
  • •Set engineering direction and standards for frontend foundations and navigation/search, including quality, security, operability, and adoption of AI-assisted work and automation.
