Job Summary

Lead risk identification and control management for Enterprise Digital processes, driving the transition from legacy PRSA frameworks to the enterprise RCSA methodology. Partner with business, Compliance, Operational Risk Management, Internal Audit, Enterprise Control Management, and technology teams to ensure risks are identified, assessed, monitored, and mitigated. Serve as an RCSA subject matter expert, strengthen the control environment, support audits and regulatory examinations, and provide people leadership for 1–2 analysts.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead execution and governance of Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA) across assigned business processes.
•Transition legacy PRSAs to the enterprise RCSA framework, including risk rationalization, control mapping, governance alignment, decommissioning activities, and Archer record updates.
•Maintain control inventory, control design, and control governance; assess control effectiveness and manage residual risks across operational and compliance risk domains.
•Support Internal Audit engagements and regulatory examination support, including remediation/evidence management and presenting risk/control insights to leadership forums.
•Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and development for 1–2 analysts and oversee high-quality delivery of risk assessment activities.

Key Requirements

•8+ years in Operational Risk Management, Control Management, Risk Identification & Assessment, RCSA, Compliance, Internal Audit, or related risk disciplines.
•Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, Digital, or related discipline.
•Hands-on experience executing and facilitating Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA).
•Demonstrated understanding of Operational Risk Management (ORM) frameworks, risk governance, and control management practices, including assessing control design and operating effectiveness.
•Experience using risk management platforms such as Archer or ServiceNow (or equivalent) and influencing stakeholders across multiple organizational levels.
